1978
High School ended for me on May the 28th 1978. It was a Friday. My best friend Howard, who I had known since we were in the 6th grade, came from San Antonio to the graduation ceremony. Saturday, Howard and I left Port Arthur for a short trip to Florida. I never quite made it back to Port Arthur to stay.
